At Amary Amora, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and personal fragrance items), we maintain a STRICT NO-RETURN, NO-REFUND policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. NO RETURNS
- All products sold on Amary Amora are non-returnable.
- Once an order is placed and delivered, it is considered FINAL.
- We do NOT accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with fragrance.
2. NO REFUNDS
- Refunds are not provided under any circumstance except in cases of verified errors on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged in transit).
- All claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
- Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained.
3. EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are only allowed if the product is physically damaged or incorrect.

- We reserve the right to approve or reject any exchange claim at our sole discretion.
4. SHIPPING & LIABILITY
- Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
- Amary Amora is not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
- Shipping costs, including return or exchange shipping, are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

- Products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance, except as described above.
