This Shipping & Payment Policy applies to all orders placed on the Amary Amora website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. SHIPPING POLICY
1.1 Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders within India only.
1.2 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
1.3 Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time is:
- 4–10 business days, depending on the customer’s location and courier partner.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics issues, weather conditions, government restrictions, or courier delays.
1.4 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.
1.5 Delays & Force Majeure
Amary Amora is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier partner issues
- Natural disasters
- Strikes
- Regulatory restrictions
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
Such delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
1.6 Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.
We are not liable for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
2. PAYMENT POLICY
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods only:

- Debit Cards
- Credit Cards
- Net Banking
We do NOT accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Wallet payments
2.2 Currency
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
2.3 Payment Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment is incomplete, pending, or suspicious.
2.4 Payment Failure or Debited Amount
In rare cases where:
- A payment fails, but
- The amount is debited from the customer’s account
The customer must report the issue to us via email with transaction details.
After verification with the payment gateway:
- If the issue is confirmed as a genuine technical error,
- The refund will be processed within a maximum of 30 days.
Refund timelines depend on banks and payment gateways and are beyond our direct control.
3. FRAUD PREVENTION & RIGHTS
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel or hold any order suspected of fraud or misuse
- Refuse service without prior notice
- Take necessary legal action in case of fraudulent transactions
